I ate "fresh or frozen" whole food. Drank water or green tea. Also, faithfully took my sea moss gel and some other things from the shop. Meaning if it was processed, I ate very little of it. I love Jasmine rice, so I still ate it.

I ordered this looking for a natural way to lower my cholesterol. I've been vegetarian fur almost 2yrs and I workout 5 days a week. I watched a live you all did and was told dandelion root didn't help with cholesterol, so I have no purpose for it. I asked what was recommended for cholesterol and she told me to stop eating fried foods and start eating fruit, I already eat and vegetables and I don't eat fried foods. I was looking for a natural way to lower it instead of medication. I'll continue to try my way and sell these to someone else
